The North Central District Health Department has four (4) offices in eight (8) of it's member towns to help serve you better. The main office is located in Enfield, CT with the other three (3) offices located in Stafford, Vernon, and Windham.

While these offices are open for office hours during the day and can be a convenient place to drop off applications, pick up forms, or just have a general question answered, not all of them are staffed with clerical personnel.
