ServSafe was developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. Successfully completing and passing the course and exam will satisfy the requirement for a Qualified Food Operation (QFO)/CFSM currently mandated by the State of Connecticut.
This program will be taught by Jim Rogers, of Rogers Food Safety. Mr. Rogers, a certified trainer and proctor, has been teaching the ServSafe Food Safety Manager program since 2008.
