The North Central District Health Department
is a full-time public health department with a Full-Time
Staff funded by its member towns and a annual per capita grant from
the Connecticut State Department of Public Health. The
department is governed by a
Board of Directors, with
representatives from the eight municipalities, in proportion to
their population, based on a State formula. District offices are
located in Enfield, Vernon, Willimantic, and Stafford. Click the
